We deliver to all locations within India. Various shipping options are available to cater to your preferences.


SHIPPING CARRIER

  • Domestic orders are primarily shipped through trusted logistics providers like Blue Dart and Delhivery. In cases where suppliers don't ship directly, alternative shipping methods may be used. 

  • Tracking details and carrier information for your order will be shared via shipment confirmation email, SMS, or WhatsApp, based on suitability.

SHIPPING RATES & CHARGES

Listed Prices are exclusive of taxes; taxes are applied at checkout. Shipping cost is calculated based on your pincode and shown at checkout as you enter the details.

Oversized or fragile items may attract additional fees for specialized handling—customers will be notified in advance.


SHIPPING TIME

  • Please note that lead times for processing your order may vary depending on the product. Some items are ready to ship, while the majority of others are made to order. Ready to ship creations will get dispatched within 3-4 working days and made to order items can take up to 6-8 weeks for dispatch. For specific lead time details, please refer to the product description section or get in touch with our Team.

HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING?

We collaborate with premium logistics providers to ensure your products are delivered safely and promptly. Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination, product dimensions, and fragility. Each product may have different shipping charges based on these factors. 


ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES?

Our transparent pricing typically covers all standard charges. However, in exceptional cases such as handling oversized items or requiring specialized delivery services, additional charges may apply due to the expertise and equipment needed.


MAY I REQUEST AN ESTIMATE ON TRANSPORTATION COSTS?

Absolutely! If you require an estimate for transportation costs, simply provide your address and zip/pin code to our team via email at info.maincharacterglobal@gmail.com. We will aim to provide you with an estimate within 8 to 12 working hours.

  

INSURANCE

  • Main Character insures each purchase during transit until it is delivered to you.

  • A signature is required upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the purchased goods is transferred to you.

  • We kindly ask that you to provide an unboxing video within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. If the packaging appears tampered with or damaged, please refrain from accepting the package.

  • If you have designated someone other than yourself to receive the delivery (e.g., as a gift), you acknowledge that their signature—or that of anyone at the delivery address—serves as evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Main Character.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Order fulfilment times are calculated after order confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and start from the date of dispatch. Delays caused by strikes, natural disasters or delivery partner delay  at the destination are beyond our control.

  • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

  • A signature is required upon receipt of all orders.

  • If shipping address is incorrect, Main Character is not responsible for failed deliveries. Please double-check your address during checkout.


RETURNS

  • We make each order upon receipt of confirmation (except in few ready to ship orders) so once the order is confirmed, they are non-cancellable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. 

  • We accept returns only in the case of damages during transit or manufacturing defects.

  • Items are eligible for return only if unused, in the condition in which they were received, and in their original packaging (for domestic deliveries within India only).

  • Provide a continuous unboxing video and photos to initiate return via email/phone.

  • Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. 


CANCELLATION

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. In exceptional cases, please contact our concierge at  +91 9928835577 or email us at info.maincharacterglobal@gmail.com to discuss cancellation options.

  • Please specify the reason for the return in your email along with the order details.

  • The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the order received is defective. A continuous unboxing video must be shared within 24-48 hours of receiving the order.

INCORRECT/DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • Upon delivery, please inspect the shipment externally to ensure you receive the correct products and to check for any potential damage or discrepancies.

  • We highly recommend recording a clear and continuous video while unboxing your products. In case of any damages, missing parts, or incorrect items, please email us promptly with your order number, shipment tracking details, and photos/videos of the issue within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging,including the price tag, assembly instructions, hardware if included.

  • We will be happy to repair, replace defective items or offer a refund in the form of store credits.

 

REFUNDS

REFUND PROCESSING:

  • In case of damaged goods, replacement / refund will be processed after the returned goods have been received in their original condition and packaging. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Kindly note that no cash refunds are provided.

  • Credit notes issued will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used for the purchase of the same or higher-value items.

Main Character reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the exchanges and returns policy at any time. Any such modifications will be communicated on the website. Your continued use of the service after modifications indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
