SALES, SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Please ensure your billing address and phone number are correct to avoid delays in order processing. 

For multiple-product orders, we strive to ship all items together. Unavailable items will be shipped when in stock, unless you request otherwise. Shipping charges will apply as per your receipt. Main Character(M/S Kavisha Lifestyle LLP) reserves the right to accept or decline orders, and we may ship fewer items than ordered. Shipping times are estimates, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. If a mistake occurs and the wrong item is shipped, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. 

When returning items, please ensure they are unused and in their original packaging. Improperly packed items may be refused for return. You are responsible for maintaining packaging in good condition during the warranty period. Additional packaging costs for reverse logistics may apply. RETURNS HOLDING COST OR DELAYED DELIVERY CHARGES

A Holding Cost will apply if your order is ready for dispatch but withheld at your request. We offer an additional 2-week grace period for non-availability to accept the order. After this period, a monthly Holding or Delayed Delivery Charge will be applied to your total order value. You will be notified via email with a detailed breakdown of the charges, or billed pro-rata if the delay is less than a month. The Holding Cost is calculated at 5% of the total order value, with an additional 18% GST. This applies to both full and partial orders withheld at your request. The Holding Cost must be paid before we dispatch your order from our warehouse.

 

RISK OF LOSS

The risk of loss and ownership of products purchased on the Site transfers to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. For Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards, the risk of loss and title pass to the purchaser upon electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever applies.

 

COMMENTS/FEEDBACK
